Tom Natoli, CEO and founder of Integrity Employee Leasing, Inc., was born in Concord N.H. and spent the first thirteen years of his life in Laconia N.H. with his parents and four brothers. Prior to moving to Port Charlotte, FL in 1990, Mr. Natoli lived in Saratoga Springs, NY for twenty years. He worked in the supermarket industry as a store general manager. In 1990, he moved to Port Charlotte where his parents had retired. He continued to work in the supermarket industry in Florida until 1996 before taking a sales position with First Financial Employee Leasing, a startup PEO. During his time at FFEL he was instrumental in business development and helped develop the company to be one of the top ten PEOs in Florida. Because of the performance, Mr. Natoli was promoted to various positions in the company eventually being named President in 1999. He stayed in that position until 2004 when he made the decision that it was time to move on and started Integrity Employee Leasing, Inc., which opened its’ doors on December 16, 2004.
Since the inception in 2005, Integrity has continued to grow due to the vision and commitment of the staff and management to offer superior client service at a very competitive rate. Within their first year, Integrity grew 64% in one quarter and continued to grow. In addition, the company has been an active member of the community supporting many local charities while also being very active with the local Chambers of Commerce. The company has continued to grow and is committed to the needs of their clients and community.
